Frequently Asked Questions

How can I prepare for my upcoming appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. It is best to remove mascara and eyelinerprior to application to ensure proper curing process. Please also silence your cell phone.

What are the lash aftercare rules I should follow after my appointment?

Avoid moisture, steam, eye makeup for 48 hours after each application . Do not pull on extensions because we need to have a natural lash to adhere to your extensions.

Avoid glycols, alcohols, and oils found in facial cleansers, moisture drops, shampoos and waterproof mascara. Only use products recommended for removing eye makeup. Use a satin pillow if you area side sleeper. Do not use any eyelash tool on your extensions, it will break the adhesive bond and the extensions will fall off.

What payment options are available?

At this time, we do not accept cash, check or American Express as an payment option.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a proper notice of any changes to your appointment. Please understand that there is a cancellation fee, which can be up to the full amount of the service. To avoid this charge to your credit card. All appointments require a written notice to cancel within 48 hours in advance of the appointment time.

You must cancel by email or through our online form and receive confirmation from a staff member that the notice has been received. This ensures adequate time to fill in this slot to avoid a charge.

Cosmetology Certification & Licensing

At iLash Retreat, we require our staff to be licensed and certified Master Cosmetologist Estheticians to ensure trust and top-of-line lash application for our clients.

If your service is not performed by a Master Cosmetologist Esthetician certified by a reputable eyelash extensions company that is licensed through the Georgia Board of Cosmetology, DO NOT PROCEED! They are in violation of the Board of Cosmetology rules and should be reported.
